Yes. A scan or a clear phone photo sent to biurotpn@gmail.com or via the form is enough. A translation made from a scan states in the certification that it was prepared from a copy; if the authority requires a translation from the original, the original can be brought in or posted.
Vehicle documents from Germany – same day for orders placed by 12:00. Civil status records and medical documents – usually 1–2 working days. Legal documents – 2–3 working days.
As a rule, foreign-language documents must be submitted to the Polish vehicle registration office with a sworn translation, in particular the purchase contract or invoice. A registration certificate issued in an EU country does not need to be translated as far as the EU-harmonised codes are concerned, but the office may require a translation of other entries and annotations. If your registration office requires a translation, we usually prepare it the same day: Zulassungsbescheinigung Part I and II, Fahrzeugbrief, purchase contracts and invoices.
Yes. Besides the office in Wałbrzych and the contact point in Świebodzice, we serve clients across Poland and abroad remotely – the finished sworn translation is sent by post, courier or to an InPost parcel locker.
